June Offensive Training
East Side Tide’s June offensive training is led by director and offensive coach Jack Velte at ES Lacrosse Woodbury. Small-group sessions cover stickwork, footwork, and shooting for grad years 2030–2033 and high-school players, plus a developmental track for players newer to the game.

East Side Tide offers private one-on-one lacrosse training in the East Metro for offense, defense, and goalie. Players choose their coach, focus area, and preferred times; East Side Tide follows up to schedule. Sessions are held at ES Lacrosse Woodbury.
