Tryouts & Roster Placement
Tryouts place players by age onto a summer team that trains and competes together across a seven-week season.
East Side Tide holds summer club lacrosse tryouts in the East Metro for grad years 2028–2033 and U12–U14. Tryouts are $50 and group players by age into summer teams that train and compete together over a seven-week season based in Woodbury, Minnesota.
The summer season is underway and rosters are forming. Limited spots may remain on some age groups. Reach out and we’ll let you know what’s open for your player and how to get on the field with The Tide.

Players are grouped by graduation year and age. Not sure where your player fits? We’ll help you find the right group.

Tryout fee
$50
A flat $50 per player covers the tryout. Players are then placed onto an age-group team for the summer season.
