Teams, tryouts, and small-group skills training — one development-focused model built on more reps and individual coaching, based at ES Lacrosse Woodbury.
East Side Tide offers club lacrosse tryouts, summer teams, and skills training in the East Metro of the Twin Cities. Players from U12 through grad year 2032/33 can join a summer team, sharpen a position in small-group goalie or offensive sessions, or book private 1-on-1 coaching at ES Lacrosse Woodbury.

Summer Teams
East Side Tide fields summer club lacrosse teams for U12, U14, and grad-year groups 2028/29, 2030/31, and 2032/33. Each team gets 21 team practices plus 7 positional training sessions over seven weeks, with games and tournaments, based at ES Lacrosse Woodbury.

Summer Tryouts
East Side Tide holds summer club lacrosse tryouts in the East Metro for grad years 2028–2033 and U12–U14. Tryouts are $50 and group players by age into summer teams that train and compete together over a seven-week season based in Woodbury, Minnesota.

East Side Tide’s June goalie training is led by goalie coach Evan Hermann at ES Lacrosse Woodbury, with a six-player cap for high reps and individual attention. Sessions are offered for grad years 2030–2033 and for high-school goalies.

East Side Tide’s June offensive training is led by director and offensive coach Jack Velte at ES Lacrosse Woodbury. Small-group sessions cover stickwork, footwork, and shooting for grad years 2030–2033 and high-school players, plus a developmental track for players newer to the game.
