This Privacy Policy explains how East Side Tide (“East Side Tide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through https://eastsidetide.com and our contact forms. East Side Tide is a club lacrosse program serving youth and high-school families in the East Metro, Twin Cities. Because many of our players are minors, the parent or guardian is the person who submits inquiries and to whom we respond.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what you provide and a limited amount of standard technical data:

• Information you submit. When you complete a contact, private-training, or information-meeting form, we collect details such as the parent/guardian name, email address, phone number, the player's age group or grad year, and any message you include.
• Communications. If you call, text, or email us, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can follow up and help your family.
• Usage data. Like most websites, our analytics tools collect non-identifying technical data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring links.

Registration and payment for teams and programs are handled entirely on TeamSnap, a third-party platform with its own privacy policy. East Side Tide does not collect or store payment-card information on this website.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and help find the right program for your player.
• To send you information you requested about teams, training, schedules, and availability.
• To send occasional program updates or reminders, where you have asked to hear from us. You can opt out at any time.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website.

4. SMS and text messaging

If you provide a phone number and opt in to text messages, East Side Tide may text you to respond to your inquiry and share program information. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help.

East Side Tide does not sell, rent, or share contact or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. SMS opt-in consent is never shared, and your phone number is used only by East Side Tide to communicate with you.

5. Service providers we use

We use a small number of trusted service providers strictly to operate the program. These providers may process your information only on our behalf and only to provide their service:

• LeadConnector / HighLevel (GHL). Our website contact forms are powered by the LeadConnector platform (also known as HighLevel/GHL), which receives and stores form submissions and manages our follow-up communications, including email and SMS, on our behalf.
• TeamSnap. Registration and payments for teams and programs are processed on TeamSnap.
• Analytics and advertising measurement. We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our outreach. These tools may set cookies and collect non-identifying usage data.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and for the analytics and measurement tools described above. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not function as intended if cookies are disabled.

7. Children's privacy

East Side Tide's website forms are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian, not by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided us information without a parent's involvement, please contact us at info@eastsidetide.com and we will delete it.

8. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and contact information only as long as needed to respond to you and to operate the program, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

9. Your choices and rights

• Access and deletion. You can ask what information we hold about you and request that we correct or delete it.
• Email opt-out. Every program email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Text opt-out. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving SMS from us.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
