East Side Tide holds summer club lacrosse tryouts in the East Metro for grad years 2028–2033 and U12–U14. Tryouts are $50 and group players by age into summer teams that train and compete together over a seven-week season based in Woodbury, Minnesota.

East Side Tide’s June goalie training is led by goalie coach Evan Hermann at ES Lacrosse Woodbury, with a six-player cap for high reps and individual attention. Sessions are offered for grad years 2030–2033 and for high-school goalies.
