East Side Tide’s June offensive training is led by director and offensive coach Jack Velte at ES Lacrosse Woodbury. Small-group sessions cover stickwork, footwork, and shooting for grad years 2030–2033 and high-school players, plus a developmental track for players newer to the game.

What you'll work on

Build a complete offensive game

Every session blends the three skills that separate offensive players — repped in small groups so coaches can correct in real time.

  • Stickwork

    Cradling, passing, and catching under pressure — the foundation of every offensive rep.

  • Footwork

    Dodging, change of direction, and creating separation to get your hands free.

  • Shooting

    Mechanics, placement, and shot selection from every spot on the field.

Jack Velte is the director of East Side Tide and leads the program’s offensive training. He serves as a varsity assistant coach at Woodbury High School and has coached club lacrosse with True Minnesota and the MN Stars.
